Ieri mi \u00e8 stato permesso di prendere un sacco di arance dal mio vicino e naturalmente ho fatto la marmellata. Anche quest&#8217;anno non c&#8217;\u00e8 frutta. Niente albicocche, niente Nespoli, niente prugne o pesche&#8230; Ma c&#8217;erano molte arance amare, arance e limoni. Ho aggiunto 3 tazze di acqua di sorgente e solo mezzo chilo di zucchero per iniziare. Poi ho fatto bollire il tutto per circa 30 minuti, ho mescolato e aggiunto 1,5 kg di zucchero da conserva, ho fatto bollire di nuovo per qualche minuto e ho imbottigliato. Per me era importante non fare una gelatina chiara, volevo mantenere la polpa.
