{"id":2527,"date":"2025-06-25T14:35:25","date_gmt":"2025-06-25T14:35:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tesori-nirasca.com\/?p=2527"},"modified":"2025-06-25T14:36:59","modified_gmt":"2025-06-25T14:36:59","slug":"cetrioli-in-salamoia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tesori-nirasca.com\/?p=2527","title":{"rendered":"Cetrioli in salamoia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Se volete avere in casa cetriolini gustosi tutto l&#8217;anno, ecco una ricetta deliziosa e molto semplice per metterli in un brodo di aceto e salamoia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cetrioli da sottaceto: La nostra ricetta dei cetriolini<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredienti per 5-6 barattoli da conserva (500 ml ciascuno)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 kg di cetrioli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cipolle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 mazzetto di aneto con fiori<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 cucchiai di semi di senape<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 cucchiai di pepe in grani<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5-6 foglie di alloro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>750 ml di aceto di vino bianco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 l di acqua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 cucchiai di sale<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non avendo a disposizione i semi di senape, ho semplicemente aggiunto un cucchiaio di senape a tutto il liquido (cambio il colore un po ma&#8230;). Per la conservazione si possono utilizzare sia barattoli con chiusura in gomma sia barattoli da marmellata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fase 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ora lavate i cetriolini. Eliminate le estremit\u00e0 amare del gambo. Se volete, potete tagliare i cetrioli a fette o a spicchi. Potete anche metterli in salamoia interi. Dividete i cetrioli tra i barattoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fase 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ora \u00e8 il turno delle erbe: lavate l&#8217;aneto e tagliatelo a rametti. Sbucciare le cipolle e tagliarle ad anelli. Dividete i cetrioli, l&#8217;aneto, gli anelli di cipolla, i semi di senape e i grani di pepe tra i vasetti sterilizzati. Mettete una foglia di alloro in ogni vasetto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passo 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per il brodo di aceto, fate bollire in una pentola l&#8217;aceto di vino bianco insieme all&#8217;acqua e al sale. Quando l&#8217;acqua dell&#8217;aceto bolle, versarla rapidamente nei vasetti preparati con i cetriolini e le spezie. Riempire i barattoli fino all&#8217;orlo e chiuderli immediatamente. Dopo il raffreddamento, \u00e8 meglio conservare i cetriolini in un luogo fresco e buio.
